houdini to maya Arnold shade

hey guys

i have a problem.

i have a shaded model in maya (arnold shader) i export it as fbx and import it in houdini with material.

now i have a shaded model in houdini.

i destructed it in houdini. how can i export the destructed model in a way it contains the shader(i want to render it with maya arnold)?

(i exported it as alembic but it doesnt contain the shader)

(i tried to export it as .ass but i couldnt export the uv and shader)
