Our award winning and internationally renowned Toronto animated entertainment company is looking for an FX Lead Responsibilities: Lead a team of FX Artists to deliver FX shots such as dirt, splashes and waves Develop reusable FX assets and workflows in collaboration with the asset team Identify and breakdown FX shots based on leica Assign shots to team members Insure both technical and artistic goals are met Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in commercials or television Proficient in Maya 2014, Houdini or FumeFX Experience with VRay or Maya Proficiency in Nuke is a major asset A strong creative portfolio A good sense of timing in animation for FX To Apply: Please email resumes and links to blogs, portfolios or reels (Vimeo preferred) to: hireme@gurustudio.com with XF Lead in the subject line.Ontario and/or Canadian Citizenship Required.
