So I would like to ask you guys Ripple under the SOP node how to make the rain ripples Raindrops, the contact surface of the location of the ripples, and gradually disappear? alksndr Posted September 22, 2015 Share Posted September 22, 2015 Yo sorry to necro but I remembered this thread and Ive been trying to upload this thing to orbolt but gives me some weird error, I have created a digital asset that does it in sops! Takes in a geo with rest into left and points with hittime into right, and will create multiple ripples wherever the points hit the surface. So it works on grids spheres etc, and animated ones too. The noise is a bonus but it can do some cool stuff with the right settings.
