old school Posted May 29, 2006 Share Posted May 29, 2006 Us the UV Brush to massage uv's around. It makes quick work of those trouble areas. This tool is also very hand after you paint your maps and apply them but need to tweak the uv's a bit for a better look. It is critical to know about the Ctrl-RMB (RightMouseButton) menu in the viewport to extract the most out of this tool. You need to set dialate/contract to both the LMB and MMB to get both options. Jeff Posted June 6, 2006 Share Posted June 6, 2006 organic modelling in H is tough, i would make sure to focus on the proportions and volume of the face before adding in too much detail. don't worry about sub d's until later. it's tough to make changes to props and volume whene you have too many lines.
