KiLa
Hi, im trying to create a bowl of water where i then drop rock. Now, when i decrease the particle separation to 0.01, the particles start to disappear, or fall to the bottom of the bowl. What is causing this? And how can i fix/avoid it? The bowl geometry seems to be solid, or at least there doesn't seem to be any leaks.Im using Houdini 15.0.416Cheers-kps: the particle separation is currently set to 0.1 so that the file would open faster. Set it to 0.01 and simulate to frame 5, look from the side view, switch to wireframe mode and you see what im talking about fluid_557.hipnc
rbowden
Change your Particle Radius Scale on your flipfluidobject1 back to the default of 1.2 and that should fix your problem. Tested on my end and worked in Houdini 15.0.347-Ryan
KiLa
Hi Ryan. If i remember correctly increasing radius scale will reduce fluid detail. But what if i want more detail?
Whatsinaname
Actually, Particle Seperation should be your major control regarding resolution. Radius scale can be used to so some minor changes, but I usually try to leave it as is.
