flip fluids, collisions, and viscosity

I have a flip fluid setup that I am running at different viscosities.  At 4000 the static collider (volume collision) works fine.  Take the same scene, reduce the viscosity to 100, and the static collider is completely invisible to the flip fluid.


Has anyone ever seen anything like this?  Do I just need higher volume resolution on the collider?
