kev2 Posted May 18, 2016 Share Posted May 18, 2016 (edited) I was working on an animated fireball when Mantra stopped rendering the pyro fields and only renders the container. The first image is what I see in the viewport, the middle is what renders now and the third is what was rendering before the glitch happened. Have no idea what happened. Replaced the render node, restarted Houdini, checked everything I can think to check in settings. Was working fine before, as in the third image. kev2 Posted May 18, 2016 Author Share Posted May 18, 2016 Attached. I fixed the problem but didn't figure out what caused it. The problem was a corrupted smokeless flame material VOP which was easy to fix by replacing with a new one. I don't know how it became corrupted.
