motionblur skips wall / ground in render

Hi, Im tried to render some objects falling but motionblur keeps / cutting off the ground area as if it dissapeares behind it. (its not)

even when I set my cahced file to time blend. In the viewport it looks al good.

why is that?

 

If i set mantra motionblur to -1 in offset it ofcourse doesnt happen but why does it thinks its colliding / (intersecting) with the floor? Even my floating frames in viewport dont collide and respect the frames
