How to control rbd object after constraint breaking?

Hi guys,

I got a simple question here.
How can I control a rbd object right after it's constraint been break?
Seems like you can only control the constraint geo in constraintnetwok. 
Like, I have a rbd pack geo and I can add a spin force by adding a POPspin. But how can i add this force only at the frame that constraint breaks?
Can someone point me a way? Really appreciate it!
