How to cleanly export FBX skeleton for GameEngines?

Hello, I am creating a rig for a Game Engine, but I can't figure out how to avoid the CONTROL nulls to be exported as bones along with the deformation bones in the FBX file.......I need a clean skeleton with no extra helper bones, please any suggestions ??? thanks...
