How Do I Go About Texture/gi Light Baking?

Hi

i want to shaderunwrap a shot using Global illu - AmbientOcclusion and then bake the textures/lighting onto a geo.

how do i go about texture/GI light baking?

i have read a few posts here and the wiki pages but it still does not help.

Has anyone had some good results.

pics and hips would be nice.
