Create multiple materials in order to import into Unity

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone. Is there any way to create multiple different materials at once, with similar properties but different textures? I need to create 1000 materials from images that have a specific path in my pc and are uploaded into houdini via a csv file. I want to assign these materials to a geometry that is created with a copystamp sop (1000 planes). In the end I have to be able to export this geometry as an FBX file into Unity, but I want each plane to keep its own material. Any suggestions?
