symek Posted July 15, 2006 Share Posted July 15, 2006 why SESI prefers/ DOPs prefers to calculate simulation with polygon objects (at least this is prefered option in DOP examples)? Quite possible I'm wrong but I see a little time advantage when working with NURBS/BEZIER objects. I can imagine these types are not so good for volume/hit detection or something like that but in simple sims they appear to be faster...? Am I wrong? just to know what and why... cheers, SY.
