MarkRob
Hi there, I’m a newbie here so please be gentle. Was just wondering what the best way would be to achieve something along the lines of the attached? Basically, the colours although randomly placed, do have some kind of ordering to them. It’s not like a ‘attribute randomize’ set to Cd on a copy to points. How can I control and organise how and where certain spheres (with colours I assign) are copied to points? Apologies in advance, I realise it’s a stupid question! Thanks! Mark
Jesus Nieto
Hi MarkRob, theres probably a zillion better ways to do this. But I could think of this one. Color_Contamination.hiplc
konstantin magnus
Hi Mark, a common way of mixing up values a bit is done by adding noise. color_fading.hipnc
Whatsinaname
You can add an attribute to the points (before copying anything to it) that will then be used to colour the spheres after they're copied to the point.
