smooth geometry merge

Hi, 

I am fairly new to Houdini, currently learning the various methodologies and workflows and I absolutely love it ! Currently im focusing on getting to know the various modeling tools and approaches and have been stuck on one issue for a few days (hence I thought of posting the query here).

As an example, I have a few pieces of geometry (A,B,C,D in attached image 1). These would need to be merged into each other by keeping a bevel or fillet between them, as in have a slight smooth transition (attached image post1_2). These geo pieces have different amount of subdivisions on them (attached FBX). If possible I would also like to retain the original UVs
