aley Posted November 10, 2022 Share Posted November 10, 2022 Does anyone know if its possible to set rest length on vellum hair per point, each strand is made up of only on prim but multiple points. At the moment setting the rest length results in the average of the attribute across all points per prim. aley Posted November 10, 2022 Author Share Posted November 10, 2022 incidentally is it normal for rest length to be 10 times the amount in dops than what it is if setting it in sops on the vellum configure node? I seem to have to divide my rest length by 10 inside dop. so a rest length of 1 set on the configure hair node is equivalent to a rest length of 0.1 if in setting rest length inside dops on a vellumconstraintproperty node.
