quad blending betwen the choosen edge in subdivide

Doing quad blending betwen the choosen edge in subdivide.
Is there a automatic way to have quad 4 to 2 blending along the nearest subdivided edge.
In Subdivide Sop when choosen Houdini Catmull Clarke there is a option to triangulate the nearest polygon line.


the left mesh is metahuman, does anybody recognize the subdivide blending maybe maya or zbrush options, dont use those programs, but would prefer to solve it in Houdini.
