Problem Of "rot" Attribute

when a geometry pull out from DOP net, it will produce a point attribute named orient, and when this geomety is used by pop, the particle emit from this geo will produce "rot" atrribute automatically.

the problem is the particle can not oriented to right direction when it is assigned velocity or up direction attribute.

I want to kown how to delete default "rot" attribute,(I mean delete, not set to 0)of particle?

or how to calculate the "rot"(using rotation node?)depend on velocity and up direction?
