Affecting Handle Procedurally

I managed to make a sphere collide with a bucket in DOPs. For the most part, I am happy with the motion of the two objects except for the fact that the handle is completely stationary! At first I considered animating the handle by hand. However, I started to wonder if there is a good procedural solution to this. Any hints?

Hey Chris,

I see you have the handle glued onto the bucket, you'll probably want to use a RBD constraint - please see the attached file.
