etudenc
Hello all, I feel I should know this by now but I can't seem to figure it out. I wish to pack a high number of non-symmetrical objects together fairly tightly. In my SOP network I've copied a cube to a bunch of scattered points. The result is brought into a DOP network and solved with a rigid solver. For every step I want to push each simulated object back down to its original position in Y (some pieces start to ride their neighbors and I don't want that), and I want each object to maintain its original orientation, which I guess means that for every step it gets set back to the original orientation. I tried a geometry wrangle but it doesn't seem to have any effect - I'm probably just not setting it up correctly. For what it's worth, the simulation works fine, I just need to figure out how to push each piece back down to its original position and set it back to its original orientation.
