Div Posted May 5, 2008 Share Posted May 5, 2008 Hi everyone, I want to do some smoke, and i have few problems. I've tried to reproduce the heavy smoke (from the fx toolbar) network in order to render my particle simulation with volumetrics, but with no success. The render i obtain is like i've projected a noise pattern on a metaball mesh with no transparency and no volume shader.... So i've tried to 'recreate' my simulation using the heavy smoke tool and i've got another problem : the heavy smoke tool can't have any collisions and i can't modify his network... Have you find a way to modify this tools in any way, or do you have a solution to 'reproduce' his volumetrics on a custom pop simulation ??? Thanks a lot for your helps... Cheers, Nico hey, RMB on the obj node of the otl and choose "allow editing of contents" the text label should turn red and then you can access the networks inside and play with them.
