Jason
I thought this looked interesting. I wonder if this could make good deformers for 3d animation and/or modeling tools. Simon?
LEO-oo-
A system like this you find in AfterEffects - check this Movie@AdobeTV
sibarrick
I looked at that when it came out in a sigg paper a couple of years ago. Its good stuff, it just wasn't that useful for me so I never did anything with it. Edward has put me onto Greens coordinates which I am very interested in and has some of the qualities of this rigid as possible deformer, only its more like rigid-ish as possible within a soft as possible deformer Greens coordinates

LEO-oo-
@SoulVector What is your impression about 3D-Coat? Is it like ZBrush or MudBox?
Leon Amion
@SoulVectorWhat is your impression about 3D-Coat? Is it like ZBrush or MudBox? I would say I get a good impression from it. It is one of the easier applications I
morpheus101
Totally agree with SoulVector, been using 3d-coat from it's early days (3d-brush)and after getting used to the GUI I found it a good package for the price. Also the support is very good!. Only downpoint is that there is no Linux version I would say to give it a try. there is a demo version available. regards
