mic Posted September 2, 2008 Share Posted September 2, 2008 hello! situation: 'ring' geo - for example, line in XZ-> transform from center in Z -> along Y axis revolve. question: how to project uv on it correctly - so uvs must lay like a grid. (i' ve tried attributecopy from the tube or the similar revolved line (oriented in Y) but the result isn't correct - uvs are not normalized. so, another question is how to normalize uvs..)
