rob
I have just noticed the if you set the initial state on an RBD object then apply a RBD keyframe active node , it ignores the previous initial state and reverts to its initial position before you added an in initial state value in the RBD node. In the RBD keyframe active node there is a section for position and rotation . Enter a value , the object does not move. I don't get why the initial state is not respected in the RBD object node. Is this a broken feature After quite a dig around and a fiddle with this node I have found the following :- If you use the shelf tool to create the RBD key frame node it automatically adds a path to the geometry level. This stops any values you enter in the position or rotation parameters from having any effect. I am not really sure why this node would even need to read geometry at the obj level if its acting as a switch basically to say on or off for a RBD object thats either using an initital state or reading in the obj transforms. The RBD Keyframe active node also seems to ignore any settings you might of made using the initial state in the RBD object node.
