mic
hello! i have some 'liquid' object, imported from realflow and i want to render it with motion blur, but cause of the changing the sequence and number of points by default the result is awful. at first i tried to calculate the center of mass, add to it the 'v' attribute using trail SOP and transfer it to all points - the result is better, but not very good.. then i tried isosurface SOP, but the surface generated by this SOP isn't 'regular', the numer of points is constant but they also like to jump around. so, maybe is there any method to remesh the object regularly ? for example in some cases i can use Ray SOP but my current mesh is like 'long box', and the normal projecting of high-division bounding box on it gives bad results.. maybe there are any other solutions?
