Korhon
Hello! Im trying to fill a object with fluid particles and having some problems doing it! My scene contains an particle fluid emitter and a object that the liquid collides with. I want the liquid to travel inside the collitiongeometry and stay there. In realflow there is possible to say that the liquid only will collide with the inward/outward face on the collition geometry. Is it possible to do this in houdini? (im guessing its possible!!) Thanks!
stevenong
On the RBD Object, go to the Collisions tab and turn on "Invert Sign". Cheers! steven
Korhon
Thanks for the reply! I tried this, but its giving some strange results. When the "invert sign" is on, the fluid particles snaps from my emitter and into my collition geometry. Is there a way to make the particles fall down to my collition geo and not snap? Thanks! stevenong
I think it's best to post an example so we can see what's going on. Cheers! steven
