alpotnis
hi ... how do i import a background image in the camera view only, without importing the image in the viewport via display option. there is a tab called 'background image' on the camera parameters and a check box called 'enable background image'... don't see any bg after giving in a path there. i want something like 'image plane' which is in maya. thks alok
anim
that parameter specifies background image which will be used only for rendering if you want viewport BG image you can add View Roto Tab to the camera object (its under EditRenderingParameters/ViewportDisplay) it contains all parameters you need for that you still need to enable Display Background Images checkbox in Display Properties but now each camera, which has View Roto Tab, will have its own bg image when you are looking through it
