kensonuken Posted August 27, 2009 Share Posted August 27, 2009 Ive almost decided to use Houdini in the entire production for 3d which includes mesh/point/curve and voxels. Now the point is that when I migrate everything to Houdini then I would like to know how to use displacements on Ptc based sss which doesnt work so any alternative for convincing sss looks. How about Hair ? is it good enough to use Houdini Hair or use Maya shave and haircut and use 3delight or prman to render it... pls help me to decide...
