rd1010
I am wondering if anyone can guide me on what I do to create a .rat file for a transparency map.. I have been fumbling around with transparency maps the last few days and have realized that I am supposed to use a .rat file for this which I understand consists of 6 different images taken from each 90 angle... so I have a basic texture map that I want to convert to the .rat format to use but I'm kind of lost on how I do it as how do I specify which is transparent and which part isn't? Do I just make the parts I want transparent black and those that I don't white and then render this at the appropriate angles to then put into the .rat format? I'm going to play around with this later but just wanted to ask this first to get some insight. Thanks
