im trying to make my smoke turn the color of the grid once it it has passed through it. i was trying to mimic the color advection help file on a clean scene but when i tried remaking the scene it wont work unless i build over the original help file. im not sure what im missing or overlooking. ive tried matching things pretty close but still no luck. id appreciate it if someone could point me to the right direction. im sure its something really dumb. thanks in advance.
