  1. I want to use a emitter in a cup, when the emitter emit flip particles,I think the particles will be full of the cup, but it's not. The particles can only reach the height of the emitter. when I move the emitter out the cup, the particles can be full of the cup ,why?

Hey guys this is new houdini flip sim from me, and also this is a tutorial i This might looks easy, but when you do it under the real scale Geometry,(moving up and down, and after that Keep it still for about 150 frames, usually, you will see the water level starts to drop ) you will notice the difference. you can try yourself if you want to. this is NOT easy! Key point: Flip particles are not "leaking", water volume remains unchanged through out entire Flip sim, with 1mm Collision thickness. moving collision object. real scale flip sim, didn't sim at 0,0,0 or sim at different scale. the size of this wine cap is about 0.2mX0.1m suitable for all houdini ver with Flip solver. you can watch the first section of this tutorial on my channel. it's free if you want to have this tutorial? please contact : goodmanhoudini@gmail.com

  6. Hello, I am new to Houdini and learning. I have a task to do for a client, who requires water to flow along curve just like Realflow DSpline.   8. Hi all I am using gasfieldtoparticle to bring in pressure but the pressure is showing unstable values if i check in spreadsheet geometry, suddenly goes to 0 and then again some values. Also if i enable pressure in guides, it is showing pressure is there on 2d plane grid but showing 0 values in spreadsheet. What i am doing wrong here? i have attached hip also. duckpressure.hip
