Multiply by color

Hi there,

I would like to stamp a grid of boxes, but the boxes in the middle have to be slightly higher than the ones on the side. I think the way to achieve this is to use a ramp parameter and multiply the height of the boxes by the color?

Don't know if it's possible or maybe there are better options?

Hope I can continue soon with my little project :)

There are many ways of doing this. Here is first possibility.

Hi SYmek,

Thanks for the reply, I have integrated this in my project. Is this possible to do with normals? I have several planes and I would like to extrude each.. Wait, I will get back when I get home and upload the project file :). Will be a lot easier to explain.
