TiMc Posted February 19, 2010 Share Posted February 19, 2010 I was just wondering if someone could give me some advice on the rendering of a 2D fluid. I have a 2-dimensional voxel grid oriented to the camera and I'm simply trying to output the values of a particular field to the colour of my image. However, as I am marching through the fluid my values are becoming distorted. I could copy the values onto a grid and use this for my render, but this is quite time consuming particularly for high resolution fluids. Any thoughts?
