oldiesgoodies Posted April 22, 2010 Share Posted April 22, 2010 Hi I am trying to make one object float over a volume liquid water. I have created the water using the shelf tools, I turned the object that is supposed to float into an rbd object. When I start the simulation, it seems like the object might float on the surface but it always stays in the turbulence of the water pouring so never rises to surface. I am wondering what would be best way to simulate floating objects over a constantly filling liquid container, tank etc? thanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Rudinie Posted June 21, 2010 Share Posted June 21, 2010 A little late but better late then never: You just need to set the Feedback scale in the internal forces tab of you Fluid solver which is in the AutoDopNetwork to anything higher then 0.
