Nope I mean that you have a way to change the default editor to work in vim mode. for instance in the preferences in the misc tab you can have an option to set editor s Vim . So when you open it using Alt-E, or the editor embedded in the shelf tool editor dialog, it load a vim buffer and can use your vim setting.
