Mzigaib
I am trying to render a propeller with motion blur, the problem is that motion blur is blurring the specular highlight, in a real world situation like this the highlights and the reflections wouldn't be blurred you still would be able to see a circular point on the center tip of the propeller. Ex: http://www.corbisimages.com/images/67/DEBD7BCD-EE8B-4285-AC80-066AD4D74F8A/UG002800.jpg http://farm1.static.flickr.com/31/39402102_6811ba9474.jpg http://www.istockphoto.com/file_thumbview_approve/2145281/2/istockphoto_2145281-spinning-propeller.jpg Is there a way to mimic that? Mzigaib
Thank you very much for the help. Good to know that for this kind of result I have to use raytrace.
Fabiano Berlim
If you not doing a close up of the propeller, I would advice you too cheat. You just need to rotate the propeller blades. The center could stay still. Cheers
