IK : changing the orientation axis of a simple chain

hi,

this is probably a really easy answer for this, but im a bit new to bones in houdini.

i have a simple bone chain with IK on the first 2 bones (setting up a leg). The orientation happens on X axis when moving the IK goal, which is expected.

the question is when i have some rotations to the setup of the bones in Z, the IK goal then rotates the chain Z. I want the rotation to be in X... how do i adjust? without IK, the bones to rotate in X.

i have a file attached that illustrates this.

thanks!
