Raytaced shadow have some problem.

Hi Guys

I have some problem with Raytraced shadow, doesn't effect in my scene. I attached a file which have a pear, sphere, grid and light. when I turn on Raytraced shadow, My spear doesn't have shadow on grid. Actually, a little have it as you can see the Attached Picture. but my sphere have it. and When I change shadow method to depth Map shadows, it's looks like fine, but have a look at my second attached picture in red line doesn't have shadow. I don't really know which is problem with it. Please help me.

Did you set a light or shadow mask by accident? you can check under the light linker tab. Have you rebuilt the scene to test it?

first of all thanks I can solve the problem because of you.

I checked shadow mask tab, but it's "*" --> I think that's right. when I rebuilt the scene, shadow was working. thanks guys.

but I still wonder what is problem with my scene.
