This is a work in progress pet project. Hopefully I will adress some of the issues present in the animation in the next version. Btw Is there any reason why I cannot post it in the Final Art? kursad Posted January 14, 2011 Author Share Posted January 14, 2011 (edited) Thanks guys, It is not scientifically so correct considering that the nucleus stays intact most of the time, but I was mostly after some of the motion and some other additional activity that happens during the division. Matt, The shading is done with my custom shader. I used ramps, normals diversions(to bend the shading and displacement), normal falloff etc to create the effect.
