CSN0309
Hi guys, please check out my attachment pic,, i have totally no idea why this strange result can happen?#$#$% I imported my model from 3DMAX into Houdini by obj format, and i have applied a choppywater to this object and a properties node with Displacement Bound(5) as well. Everything looks good when i use regional render. Bur when i apply Mantra GI to the scene and do a formal render,,,,then i got a very strange result!!?? it looks like i got wireframe appears on my model..not sure.. Has anybody knows why??? thanks in advance
LFX
Out of the blue I would say you need to fuse the points.

Macha
I can't see your ice geo (next time when you upload, please lock the ice geo file sop and it will be saved with the hip file) What happens when you reduce ray shading back to 1 and increase Z-Importance in the renderer? CSN0309
sorry for that.. ya~ i think this problem is relate to the Z-Importance and Ray shading quality, when i increase the value on both, the strange wireframe disappear. But it took long time to render.. Thanks all
