Adam Ferestad
I am working on some R&D that I hope to turn into a showreel piece as well as a new tutorial for my site, but I am having some trouble with getting my Pop networks to do what I want. I have been working on the 3dbuzz tutorials, though I have not gotten to the bridge or elevator tutorials yet. I know that those have a fair amount of Chop and Sop work in them, but I am trying to figure out some stuff on the Pop networks. Does anyone have any good resources for that? Money is tight for me right now, or else I would gladly pay for the TD stuff on 3dbuzz or buy the CMIVFX.com stuff. The help file stuff doesn't seem to be giving me much help when I go to work with my networks this time around.
edward
Have you tried Peter Quin'ts videos? Mind you, I'm not sure which of those are focus on POPs specifically. http://vimeo.com/cha.../54102#17309337 Some older videos: http://www.sidefx.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=1278&Itemid=261 http://www.sidefx.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=949&Itemid=
Adam Ferestad
I had never heard of Peter Quint before just now, but I am definitely glad that I have now. It looks like he has a rather amazing set of tutorials there, so I am going to have to get busy in my downtime between semesters and go through his stuff. Thank you. I always love to find new resources.
