puma.snyder
Hi all, I have problems aligning several texts. I have the following setup A combination of a font sop (which reads string attributes from other geometry) and a copy sop produce the folowing: text_1 text_10 text_100 .. How to setup this so that those texts are automatically "aligned right" Any Ideas? Thanks in advance Achim
Jason
I'd follow the Font SOP with a Transform SOP that does the aligning; try put "-$CEX" into the transform SOPs tx channel.
David Gary
Hi! Just append a transform OP to the text and make its tx/ty/tz depend on his bounding box. See my example in the attached file. (i defined "retroactively" my text from the copy SOP with a stamped attribute). (nb: no pb to align left, it's straightforward: just click "center text horizontally" in the font SOP parameter page). Hope it helps. aligntext.hipnc
