eirik.m
Hello I have a piece of geometry which is pre-fractured using voronoifracture node inside a SOP net. This SOP net is brought into my simulation. But when my collision object collides, my fractured object it appear as two different objects. One as a fractured piece and the other is still a whole piece. It also seems that they behave different in terms of collision and forces. Inside the voronoifracture i have checked on the "create inside Surface" and "connect inside Edges". I have also followed the recipe in the Houdini floating help under "How to auto fracture geometry". Does anyone have a clue on what might be wrong here ? Thank you very much - Eirik
Erik_JE
What groups do you import into DOPs? Voronoi fracture creates both piece*, inside and outside. Brining in both the pieces and the inside, outside info would probably produces something like what you are getting.
eirik.m
Ok, I had all of the output groups selected. I tried deselecting the Piece group but it did not help. I will try now with the different groups now. Thank you
Erik_JE
You wan't to import something along the lines of piece* to get a working simulation.
eirik.m
It worked very well, thank you
