Cloth objects with different activation frames? how to?

Hi,

I'm really stuck on something.

I have a scene with 8 objects. All 8 objects are animated jumping into a bag, and I need the 8 objects to activate into cloth objects at different frames and keep their velocities.

I tried to set different creation frames for the 8 objects, but that breaks the solver as soon as an object is created. So then I turned on changing geometry in the solver, and then it breaks saying there is a numerical error. Nothing else I do seems to get this to work.

So far, I've made the 8 objects static RBD objects but that gives the animation sequence a completely different feel then what I wanted.

Any help would be great.

Thank you very much, I would never have figured that out on my own.

There are a few of this "smart" attributes that are being picked up by the solvers.

If I got my memory right they are listed in the objects help card, but not in the solvers.
