candidly embeding shader

hi all.

my shader pupose is only natural embeding a stone on the ground.

this is a fake shader so there is a limitation on a shape.

is there any idea about finding accuracy intersected area on shader time

not using sop.

Hmn, not that I know of...

but maybe you could use some variation on ambient occlusion to shoot out short rays low to the ground and test if they hit anything. I'm not sure if you can test to see if it's a different object, so if you have a not very smooth surface, this may be a problem. Still, an interesting thought....
