Fabiano Berlim
Is there a way to resample a line based on an attribute? The resample sop node only accept the $T variable. Am I missing something? In the end I want to resample based on the parametric value of the curve. Is there any other way to do it?
Macha
You could resample like crazy and then delete by attribute.
Fabiano Berlim
That's a good idea! In the end I solved using the curve as "Path Object" for a point that emit particles. With the right speed of the point I was able to reconstruct the curve with the amount of samples that I needed. Thanks for the idea! Cheers! symek
You could try chops' LookUp. It's a nice way to control samples density by hand or attribute. See example. cheers, ps btw, Macha, perhaps it would be a tip for your recent question about probability density functions too. Unfortunately I hadn't time to dig into it. resample_chop.hip
