graham Posted January 2, 2012 Share Posted January 2, 2012 It's hard to tell what exactly it is you are looking for but you can access all sorts of geometry information from hou.Geometry. With that you can get access to points, primitives, attributes and other geometry things. You can use primitives (hou.Prim objects) to get access to vertex information. Erik_JE Posted January 2, 2012 Share Posted January 2, 2012 What you are trying to get looks a lot like what you need for MFnMesh in the Maya API. There is no built in stuff to get data that way. Just write your own. Basicly get all vertices and then iterate through the polygons grabbing vertice indices and getting the "count" for each polygon.
