Hey Ross, make the normals longer.

Intersect will only check for intersections within the maximum length of the “Ray Direction” – [0, length(raydir)].

Ohh you mean what it says in the TIP section... <_< haha...Normal length didn't even occur to me... Brilliant! Thanks Macha...
