magneto
Is there a way to bridge these 2 NURBS grid objects? I tried Bridge but AFAIK it requires profiles but I only want to use the Grid edges so not sure how to turn them into profiles. Here is the pic: Thanks
Emanuele Berti
Hi Ryan, have you tried fillet SOP ? I've attached a quick example. Cheers, Emanuele fillet_twoGrids.hipnc
magneto
Thanks a lot, it works great. But getting the right parameters was a little tricky
old school
Some things are just better done in the viewport with interactive prompts. NURBs Fillet, Stitch and Join operations are three of these. Tab-type Fillet in the viewport then select the two or more isoparms in turn on your NURBs surfaces and all the setup is done for you. Reverse SOPs will be inserted to reverse the primitives to properly align them correctly. If you find the logic is incorrect with the interactive NURBs tools and you have a repeatable case, please submit the bug to Side Effects.
magneto
Old school, just tried what you said, you were right. In the viewport, it was a piece of cake. Thanks for this tip
