old school Posted May 30, 2012 Share Posted May 30, 2012 You can add density to the Field parameter in the first Gas Advect VOP and bypass the Gas Advect Field VOP if you wish. That works and both get the same advection rate. Or just create another Gas Advect VOP with a different advection rate and that works as well. If you want to keep the network the way it is and use the advanced MacCormack or BFECC advection methods, you need to enable the "Allow Self-Advection" parameter. This will force the creation of additional fields required to do the advanced advection methods. If you were to use a Smoke Object in place of the Empty DOP object, but I digress...
